1. About this policy
RN Prep Pro is operated by an individual developer based in India. This policy applies to the RN Prep Pro app and rn-prep-pro.com.

2. Information you provide
- Account and profile: your name, email address and account identifier supplied through sign-in, and your selected nurse character.
- Study setup: whether you are a first-time candidate, repeat test taker, or internationally educated nurse; your exam date or unscheduled status; self-assessed readiness; topics you want to focus on; daily study time; and reminder preferences.
- Study activity: your answers, completed practice, results, progress, and study streaks.
- Support messages: your email address and the information you include when contacting us.
We use this information to provide your account, personalize your study plan, save your progress, support your chosen reminders, and respond to your enquiries. Please do not submit real patient records or sensitive health information.
3. Accounts and cloud storage
We use Supabase to support account authentication and cloud storage of account and study information. These services allow you to sign in and access your saved study experience.
We share information with service providers only as needed for authentication, storage, analytics, subscriptions, hosting, and support. We require providers processing information on our behalf to protect it through appropriate contractual and security safeguards and to use it for the services they provide to us. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on where the services operate. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy for its own privacy practices.
4. App analytics
We use PostHog for app analytics to understand feature usage, identify usability problems, and improve the study experience. Analytics may include screens visited, feature interactions, event times, an app or device identifier, and technical information such as app version, device type, and operating system.
You can request that we stop collecting analytics associated with your account, request deletion of identifiable analytics, or withdraw consent to consent-based processing by emailing support@rn-prep-pro.com.

Analytics in the app are separate from this website. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
5. Subscriptions and payments
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and access to paid features. This involves an app user identifier and purchase information, such as the subscription product, transaction history, and entitlement status.
Apple processes payments for App Store purchases. RN Prep Pro does not collect your full payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy for their own practices.
6. Retention and account deletion
We keep your account profile and study information while your account is active to provide the service. You can delete your account from your profile in the app.
Your account and profile are deleted immediately when you confirm deletion. We do not retain backups or a retained copy of your profile.
Your study data is retained for up to 90 days after account deletion and is then deleted. This includes study setup, answers, practice results, progress, and streaks. This limited period allows completion of deletion across the systems holding study records. It does not keep your account active or extend retention of your account profile.
- Analytics: we retain identifiable usage information only for as long as needed to understand usage and investigate product issues, then delete it or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you.
- Support messages: we retain correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, handle related follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Subscription records: we retain information needed to provide paid access, restore purchases, resolve billing disputes, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Records independently held by Apple follow Apple’s retention policies.
We review retained information and delete or anonymize it when its purpose ends. Where a legal obligation requires specific records to be kept longer, we limit retention to those records and that obligation. These exceptions do not create a general backup of a deleted account profile.
For data processed on our behalf, deletion requests also cover the relevant service providers. Provider processing is subject to their applicable service agreements; records they independently control are governed by their own policies.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately in your Apple subscription settings.
7. Your privacy choices
You can update your profile and study preferences in the app. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about privacy choices available to you. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account.
Email support@rn-prep-pro.com with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. Include only the information needed to explain your request.
8. Browsing this website
You can browse without creating an account. This website has no registration, payment, or contact forms. Fonts and images are served with the site.
The website uses Vercel for hosting. Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, and browser information, to deliver pages. Hosting services may process request logs for security and operation. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for its own practices.
9. Contact and updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the most recent update. External services have their own policies.
